Can. Little taste, little aroma, little body, little point. A step up from Carlsberg/Carling et al but nothing much to say for it.

Appearance: pale bright gold with large bleach white snowy large cap , light fragmental lace shown.4 -
Nose: Sweet malty front with thinner mineral grassy feel , leafy metallic finish. Slight hint of fry alcohol. 4+
Flavor/Palate : Very thin bodied. Malt felt as raw, grainy, vegetable like. Slight hint of hop on top. Mineral with more of metallic at side end. Light does not have to be wash off any character and flavor. Reminded me of non or low alcoholic lagers.

I really enjoyed this beer and its fruity taste and aroma. It is perfect in accompanying any light meal, such as lunch or afternoon fruit and cheese. Really delicious and the bottle design is extravagant. really enjoy the lack of a body label and the presence of the rippled lettering. Feels great and tastes even better. Life Legere.

I tried this beer on June 29, 2009 after purchasing (mistake #1) from one of my local LCBO outlets. The beer poured a translucent pale golden with a thin loose bubbly white head. The aroma was grainy malt and hops, with some vomit backup. The mouthfeel was light, watery, and heavily carbonated. The flavour was more sour grains than bitter. Finishing it was mistake #2

Draught. Pours pale yellow with minimal white head. Definitely a less developed (watery) version of the original Stella. Mild grassy hop notes, tastes of watery hops and malts with a hint of corn. Better than other mass produced light beers, but doesn’t compare to a full bodied Stella.

Imagine a pussification of Stella Artois. Bingo, this is it. Has the same basic feel of Stella, which doesn’t need describing, though the bitter aftertaste is less pleasant and it lacks the crispness of the regular stuff. Not a bad attempt at a light lager, though I can’t imagine why you’d switch from the regular stuff to this.
