unixrab (13), USA Mar 29, 2008 The nose is the weakest part of this beer. But I like the bread & yeast taste of this lager. Not hoppy... and as most shudder... I like that.
wheelz843 (120), Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA Nov 29, 2008 bottle. has a fruity aroma. pours a clear light yellow with little head. has a sweet honey flavor with a warm aftertaste. very easy to drink but not much flavor. lithy (385), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA Nov 28, 2008 Clear very light yellow pour with a finger of white head. Big skunky pils aroma, pale malts, and a light hop grassiness. Taste is malty, light pale malt, smooth with some grassy hop for balance. BEERGUY007 (202), Scotia, New York, USA Nov 27, 2008 Sorry Stella. 12 ounce bottle from Glenville beverage. Golden color was beautiful and I was pumped about trying this one. White head, looked clean and refreshing. Then I smelled it. Maybe it was a skunky bottle, maybe too much light got in. Or maybe not. Maybe it was just a bad beer. Tasted skunky. I barely could finish this one. junon (154), Honolulu, Hawaii, USA Nov 27, 2008 Crisp gold but I’ve come to prefer a little darker hue in even my lagers and pilsners. Taste is not reminiscent of Heineken at all and has this sourness. The sourness makes it inconsistent for me. RedSox2004 (198), Pacific Palisades, California, USA Nov 21, 2008 On tap at a hotel restaurant. Poured into a pilsner glass, bright golden yellow with a small head that left no lacing. Nice champagne bubbles rising to the top, though. Pungent aroma, skunky like a heineken. Flavor was less offensive - somewhere between cardboard and grains. Watery mouthfeel, nice carbonation (best part of the beer), and dry aftertaste. A place that serves this probably also serves more appealing alternatives - go for the alternative.
