Again, another cruddy Egyptian beer, but did the job in the Egyptian sun - when this sort of shit is all that’s on offer, you soon begin to like it!

Pale lager with strong aroma. Quite light and thin. Flavour is metallic and slightly hoppy.

500 ml bottle in Egypt. Its smooth, and it doesnt taste like crap, but it isnt exactly something pleasant to be drinking. Its heavily carbonated and extremely watered down though...cant drink much of it at all.

Transparent golden color with a small head that disappears almost immediately. Weak aroma and taste, thin mouthfeel. I guess it might work when its hot weather outside.

Bottle 0,5l. Thanks to Christina for bringing this all the way from Egypt! Pale golden colored. A rapidly disappearing creamy head. Strong metallic aroma. Soft fruity flavor with a dry bitter aftertaste. Surprisingly OK.

Thanks to Finn for providing a 500ml green bottle of this one. Pours a clear, straw coloured body with a quickly diminishing, white head. Aroma of discreet grainy malts and a touch of acid grass behind. Drying citric hints in flavour. Clean and very dry in the mouth. Medium to thin bodied. Soft carbonated Some refreshments (shared at a gathering in Tromsø, 23.04.2009).
