Commercial Description:
Giving the relative low abv of 4.8% this is a very characterful and aromatic beer. The ingredients hasn't been cut back in this brew. Loads of malt, caramelmalt and brown sugar gives this brew a complex, light caramelsweet character. The yeast we have used is a traditional danish bottomyeast. 4 different hops are used, which results in both aroma and bitterness.

Ølfestival Horsens 2006. Very nice copper-red color with a very nice and creamy head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, caramel and some sweetness. The flavour has the same notes, but also fruit and a nice bitterness. Nice!1641
