Oct 5, 2009 Bottle. Pours a cloudy golden body with a white head. Coriander some lemon grass and a yeast y lightly tart but still sweet finish. Wheat notes and a light tart grainy finish. EH.

Sep 28, 2009 Bottle. Hazy dark straw yellow pour, plenty of effervescent carbonation and a good pleasant sour lemon aroma. Flavor is lemon pledge, yeast and creamy on the finish. Not horrible, but not really that good.

Aug 14, 2009 Has a very nice pour of a light golden color. The flavor almost has a little bit of a lemony citrus taste to it, somewhat sour I suppose. In that regard, it is somewhat interesting, leaving me hunting for more after each sip.

Aug 10, 2009 Pours a luminous cloudy golden color with luxurious white head. Nose has elements of orange fruit and a subtle cleaning component (no, it’s not the glass). Orange comes through on the palate with a very wheaty-cracker taste that carries nicely through to the finish. It ends with a light sweet ’n sour flavor that is good.

Aug 8, 2009 This pours more white than any white ale I’ve seen. At first I thought of iced tea, almost a refreshing flavor. It has a fruity, and strong-honey like aroma. It is not very spicy, and the flavors ends smoothly with some carbonation on the palate.

Jul 11, 2009 Bottle at ABC beer tasting. Poured a very cloudy pale yellow and a white head. Aroma was very lemony, reminded me of lemonade/lemon pie. Flavor brings out similar flavors with some undertones of coriander and a dry finish.

wonderful light fruitiness and perfumey coriander flavours, with hay, gummi lifesavers, pear, and honey flavours, wow, very happy flavours!! ..
.. . . funny, i never have sout out witbiers, i have never really craved witbiers, but i seem to fall for them nearly every time, i’m a sucker for the wits during the summer!
