However, this ale was very pleasing. Poured a light cloudy yellow/gray with a tall white medium bubble head. Aroma was strong with bitter lemon and floral hops as was the flavor. So far the most pleasing white ale I’ve had. Hangover (768), Atlanta, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Feb 25, 2006 Pours a cloudy yellow-orange with a very thin and filmy white head. I should emphasize "cloudy" for this one... good lord, I drink a lot of beer and I have NEVER seen this much sediment... after 5 minutes of warming, it STILL didn’t settle... just floated around... not sure if I like that or not... even left 1oz of the pour in the bottle. Aroma is peppery and yeasty with some banana and clove. Creamy mouthfeel... I guess the sediment slipped through my teef. A lot of coriander in the taste.... some orange zest and yeast in the finish. I hate to say this, since I hate additions to beer, but with a twist I think this would actually be really good... may re-rate later. Worth a buy just for the appearance lol... that and it’s pretty cheap here considering it’s belgian... I paid like 6 bucks for teh sixer. mephisto (1144), Taiwan
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Feb 20, 2006 what an unseemly ale, filled with floating sediment. golden with white head, there is not much aroma to speak of. smooth drink, a standard belgian white. frankenkitty (1902), Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Feb 15, 2006 Pours a thick-hazed, light-golden with a short, white head. Citrus shows in the aroma above fruity yeasts, but the aroma is overall light and airy. Flavor is light as well, with mild sourness over a wheaty base finishing with a dash of pepper in a dry finish. A refreshing Wit, better suited for warmer seasons.

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Feb 11, 2006 Admittedly, this is not my favorite style. Pours into my MIGHTY HAMMS GOBLET a cloudy pale honey with blonde melon
highlights. A thin white wisp is all that is present for a head. Light, fresh, and pleasant
nose of citrus and apricots, and some wheat tones. The mostly cereal front opens into an
excellent acidic zing, but the finish is too neutral for my liking. The light and lively body is
creamy and feels dry at the finish. crizay (1050), Brook Park (was Tampa,FL), Ohio, USA

I saw this on the shelves and it scared me, the label told a story of it’s rough junor to this shelf, you could see in the bottle the biggest chunks of yeast I’ve ever seen, it intimidated me. But it’s a belgian white my favorite style and so I grabbed it. Pours a very cloudy yellow, a very big and fluffy white head, and with a huge amount of floaters swirling around. The taste is perfect, just the right amount of spiciness, just the right amount of lemon flavor, a slight orange flavor, and just the right amount of a banana aftertaste, they didn’t overdo or underdo anything. This is probably the most perfect balanced belgian white I’ve had to date, and it’s a very bold statement but I think that this should be the standard that all other belgian white’s base themselves off of, not saying there couldn’t be a better tasting one out there, but this had everything a good belgian white should. stegosaurus (1882), Levittown, Pennsylvania, USA

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jan 29, 2006 From a 11.2 brown bottle, made a good appearance, poured a cloudy orange hued yellow with a nice foamy white head that left patching lacing. Coriander is dominant aroma with traces of tart citrus and earthy yeastiness. Good carbonation and a smooth medium bodied mouth feel, good drinkability. Taste was coriander and citric tartness, mildly peppery, grainy and a sweet dry finish.
