Aug 5, 2004 Light orange gold color. Medium white foamy head. Aroma is citrusy, yeasty, fruity and sweet. A medium bodied Belgian White. Malts are fruity and sweet. Apricots, pears, peaches and bright yeasts. Coriander and orange peels. Light and refreshing. Very decent beer. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Jun 30, 2004 Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly lasting. Body is hazy medium yellow. Aroma is lighty malty (toasted grain), lightly yeasty (cobwebs), lightly hoppy (flowers), with notes of clove, coriander, orange, lime. Flavor is moderately sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic, moderately bitter. Light to medium body, velvety texture, lively carbonation. Quite pleasant, actually...zesty fresh aroma with attractive yeast character, clean tasting and well-balanced.

May 27, 2004 Cloudly and light gold in colour. Mild aromas of yeast and spices. Quite a sweet, with some clove and coriander flavors mixed in. I also tasted gum- ball later on. Not nearly enough citrus, or anything interesting.

May 19, 2004 Bottle pours a cloudy pale yellow, frothy white head, with somewhat decent lacing. Belgian yeast, orange peel, light cloves, and German Hefe like banana aroma. Up front I get some serious mustiness, spicey cloves, and lots of em. Not enough of the heavy curacao and orange peel that I enjoy in a white. By the finish I get more of a wheaty/yeasty flavor with lingering cloves & spices. Good body and mouthfeel, but the flavor wasn’t what I was expecting. Not citrusy enough for me.

May 5, 2004 Hazy flaxen, big foamy head and spotty lacing. Nose comprised of banana, clove, citrus and lemon. Flavor is much the same of the aroma. Citrus comes out a bit more, same with the yeast and wheat. Nice body, wheaty palate and a citrus filled finish.

May 3, 2004 Light cloudy golden color with nice white head. Aroma was spicy and peppery. Taste had pepper, clove and a hoppy bitterness. Dry finish with a bit of lemon and/or light orange.

May 3, 2004 A citrusy/sweet aroma. See though golden straw with sparse head and lacing. A citrus and yeast flavor. Kind of watery feel to it. Just average.
