Hazy blond color, decent carbonation & lacing. The aroma is citrsy with some lemon & yeast. The flavor is nicely malty with some banana/clove & a little wheat finish. Light sulpher, finishes malty with similar belgian notes. Good, but I like a little more assertive tangy wheat notes in a witbier.

Cloudy yellow with floating yeast. Nose is citrus and spice. Like watered down Hoegaarden. Clean and simple (but too watery)

cloudy yellow citrus nose average white head, slight spicey flavor. At this time I am not a fan of this style of beer but I will try more

Cloudy pale amber with a weak white head. Citrus nose. Weak and watery in the mouth. Some carbonation. Flavor starts sweet and turns acidic. Nothing special.

A white ale. I usually like these, but I prefer hoogarden over this particular variety.

Bottle. Very cloudy yellow/white. Very wheaty aroma, very wheaty taste with a bit of spice and malt. Not bad, but nothing too special.

Bottle pours a cloudy straw yellow with a nice white head and good lace. The aroma is very banana like. The flavor is very mild, not much flavor compared to the aroma, very slightly spicy with a body that seems more rich than the flavor. Overall, I really find this too mild flavored.

Witbier wasn't always my favorite style, especially true Belgians, but I'm beginning to come around. This beer had a very cloudy, almost straw color and a very yeasty, citrus aroma. Very light and cleansing, with the requisite banana-like taste and a great spicy hint. A great beer.
