Aroma was very light on this bottle. Taste was light and fresh with just a slight sourness. Finished clean. Overall well balanced. wunderbier (1267), Tampere, Finland

Hazy white/peach body. Godd spices but not enough yeastiness. Moderately sweet flavor becomes a lightly sweet, lightly bitter finish. Medium-light body, watery texture, lively carbonation. The bottom line is: underpowered, but that's about it. thedm (3836), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA

The body was softly carbonated hazy and straw yellow in color. The aroma was a very nice banana clove one and the mouth feel was nice and smooth from start to finish with mild clove malt and fruit notes. The flavor was malty and fruity with banana and clove notes. An excellent wit very well done highly recommended.. hotstuff (3175), Indiana, USA

Very drinkable even though it was on the thin side for the texture. Still, a very enjoyable beer. It poured a medium sized white head that was creamy and smooth with fine-medium sized bubbles that were mostly lasting. The body was carbonated and cloudy with a pale yellow hue. The nose was malty, sweet, banana, spicy and clove. The flavor was sweet, banana and spices. The mouthfeel was creamy and smooth and the body of this beer was light. This beer had fair lacing on the sides of my glass. harlequinn (2745), Tacoma, Washington, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Feb 27, 2004 Not a truly undrinkable witbier, but overwhelmingly musty and sweaty aroma and taste. Slightly salt and peppery. Acidic and lemony. Watery wheat characteristics, and not my favorite of this style. matta (1139), Tampa, Florida, USA

I truly liked this beer, and I generally do not like Witbier at all!
Pours with a hazy pale blond body, creamy whipped head. Very peppery, zesty notes of lemon / orange, wheat, and a notch of coriander, as well as some ginger. Nice oily palate, finishes yeasty and beady, white pepper, lemon and wheat send it off……. and man, did I tie a nice one on tonight! beerslayer (753), New Jersey, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Feb 14, 2004 Hazy straw color, nice puffy white head. Nose is slight, mildly spicy, a bit pungent. Flavor is quite rewarding, very smooth and crisp, nice light spiciness at the end, good yeastiness as well. Wasn't expecting too much and certainly isn't the world's most complex wit, but is actually quite refreshing and enjoyable. A good lawnmower wit if nothing else.
