Smells of sweet artificial orange citrus, mild wheat, and Belgian yeast. The flavor has a big funkiness to it, and floral wheat characters. Kind of fake tasting. Too much funk and citrus, with no banana or spicy wheat flavors you would come to expect from this style. Just a poor showing from an American brewery of a Belgian style. cheapdark (2016), Monacatootha, Pennsylvania, USA

Looks very vanilla pale, almost cloudy. Has a bit of mild bitter bite but is for the most part a palatable friendly drink. Finish is nice, a little dull, but in a good way. Not quite as enjoyable as other wits, but still very nice. thill25 (218), Orlando, Florida, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Mar 12, 2008 Poured a cloudy blonde w/ a mostly lasting, fluffy, white head. Very citrusy nose...Spice and citrus were the dominate flavors. Somewhat watery finish, but very light and easy to drink. I’ll be purchasing this again for the Florida summer. johndavidj99 (123), Township, Maine, USA

Smells like plastic and cheap citrus(lime) yeast with hints of vomit. I like the tartness and dry taste. The body really isn’t bad. Overall it really lacks many things, but is better than the other Sterkins offerings. RblWthACoz (963), Brooklyn, New York, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Feb 2, 2008 Pours a foggy straw. Nose is almost like key limes on the first hit of fragrance. Flavor is a biting crisp. A bit more masculine than others I’d say. Smooth and even, but a bit of a dirtier, earthy edge shall we say? I suppose earthy is a better way to put it. It isn’t dirty in a negative way. Feel is a bit doughy, but not much. A bit of a thicker, almost aggressive carbonation. Very smooth and drinkable. Easily an everyday beer. Can imagine this would be great on a hot day. Illini08 (528), Raleigh, North Carolina, USA

Pours a very light yellow color with a white head that stays on top of the beer the entire time that I was drinking it. Strong banana and clove aroma. Clove, coriander, banana and some slightly citrus in the finish. Overall very estery and very spicy. Light mouthfeel, easy drinking. Would be good on a hot summer day. Carbinated to the point I couldn’t really tell what flavor. It was sour and bitter with some starchyness. Odd brew but Jonpol said I should try, odd brew.
