Flavor is better, a little dry, crisp and clean. It’s highly drinkable overall. LinusStick (1848), Moon Twp, suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA

Pours a beautiful hazy white with lots of small bubbles and a nice 2 finger head. Aroma is strongest I’ve had in a wit. All yeast and cream with citrus. Taste was great...citrus, yeast and grass with the usual crisp and dry finish. Ron (1035), Rochester, New York, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 24, 2007 One bottle from BOTW. Extremely pale, with lively carbonation, big head, lots of yeast. Aroma and flavor are pretty weak, with some nice yeasty and wheaty flavor, some lemon, not much else. Pretty watery, not a great white but certainly not bad.

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 2, 2007 Very floral wit beer with a ton of corriander, banana, and citrus in the nose. Sweet fruity flavor reminds me of a fruit smoothy. This beer really reminds me of fresh hoogarden on tap. mybrainhurts (214), North Dakota, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 1, 2007 Yeasty, herbal, banana, and citrus aroma. Wheat, yeast, and citrus fruit flavors. Lemony and slightly dry at the finish. Overall, though somewhat thin in texture, it’s not bad for a buck sixty five a bottle. Lubiere (4550), Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Apr 18, 2007 A golden wit (?) with,as reproted earlier, ugly looking big floculation of yeast, rather disturbing, and a thin white head. Aroma is doughy, with honey, and sign of oxidation. In mouth, a bland wit with cloves, light maple, and no body. Bottle is about 2 years old. This may be a Du Bocq version. | 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 6, 2007 Bottle. Pour is a very light straw color with a substantial haze and a large three finger head that is dying down slowly. Aromas are wonderfully lemon/citrus dominated. There is also a bit of a grassy scent and some coriander and cloves lingering in the background. Flavor is cloves heavy with a bit of lemon coming through. That said, the highlights are it as far as complexity... not much there other than the aforementioned flavors. Had a lot of promise in the nose... flavor just didn’t develop further.
