Bottle: Hazy, pale golden, firm, persistent big foam; moderate orangey-yeasty nose; soft MF, mild to moderate sweet-tart flavour, light to medium bodied, soft MF; bitter-tart and sweet-fruity finish. Not very well rounded, but all in all O.K. ................

The beer is not too bad, but not really a good Hefeweizen. Weizen should stay in Bavaria.

(bottle) Hazy, yellow colour with a fluffy and steady foamy white head. Shy aroma: dusty, slightly sweet and wheaty, a bit clovy with a restrained fruit-character. Medium-sweet flavour with a touch of yeasty bitterness, light to medium bodied and quite smooth on carbon for a Hefeweizen. Wheat-malty, yeasty taste, slightly fruity (banana); wheat-malty, only light-fruity finish with light clovy notes..

Bottled. A quite nice hefeweizen, pouring unclear, golden-orange, topped by a nice, white head. Coriander, some banana and citrus in the aroma. The flavor has coriander, cloves and wheat, and a long citrusy finish. A bit thin body. (070213)
