Not very well rounded, but all in all O.K. ................ kappldav123 (1064), Markkleeberg, Germany Dec 12, 2007 The beer is not too bad, but not really a good Hefeweizen. Weizen should stay in Bavaria. MoritzF (3883), Ruhrpott, Germany Jul 10, 2007 (bottle) Hazy, yellow colour with a fluffy and steady foamy white head. Shy aroma: dusty, slightly sweet and wheaty, a bit clovy with a restrained fruit-character. Medium-sweet flavour with a touch of yeasty bitterness, light to medium bodied and quite smooth on carbon for a Hefeweizen. Wheat-malty, yeasty taste, slightly fruity (banana); wheat-malty, only light-fruity finish with light clovy notes.. yngwie (3602), Kristiansand, Norway Feb 28, 2007 Bottled. A quite nice hefeweizen, pouring unclear, golden-orange, topped by a nice, white head. Coriander, some banana and citrus in the aroma. The flavor has coriander, cloves and wheat, and a long citrusy finish. A bit thin body. (070213)
