Commercial Description:
Another in our single-hop IPA series. (This makes two now. It’s a series.) This American style IPA is loaded with Amarillo hops and finished with Cascade for aroma. It’s a mouth-puckering delight.

On tap at the brewpub (05/26/09). Amber red in color with a small off-white head. Aroma is of perfume, floral notes, citrus and berries, and a slight trix cereal scent. Taste is very hoppy with grass and citrus.

Draft at Stewarts. Poured amber red in color with small white head. Great aroma of hops. Taste was citrus, pine, and really nice all around. Well balanced and a great IPA.

Draft at stewarts... Red in color, small head, that faded quickly. Nice aroma of hops. Sweet citrus/pine aroma. Taste is the same light pine, light citrus. Well balanced. Super smooth. Great beer, that I wish they would replace their regular IPA with.
