Apr 10, 2006 Poured a golden color with a medium sized white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of lemongrass, light toast, and citrus fruits in the background. Taste of a really nice toasted doughiness, sweet graininess, and solid hops in the finish.

Feb 2, 2008 June 2006 - Beer poured pale golden yellow with pillowy head. Aroma was nondescript. Flavor was light and sweet with a mild amount of hoppyness (with some mild grassy tones). Kinda boring

Jun 1, 2006 An average pilsner obtained at a Blue Rock’s game, this was light golden yellow in color with a minimal head and basic lacing. Crisp flavor and a good malty (some mild grass) and hoppy balance. Pretty simple and fairly fresh "lighter" style beer for the hotter weather. One of the better beers available at the games.

Dec 23, 2008 On tap at brewpub. Pours a clear, deep gold body with a frothy white head. The nose is clean with some mild malt and a whiff of floral hops. The body is medium and crisp with a medium carbonation. The flavor is just as the nose indicates. It is clean, with a good balance of grainy malt and spice and floral hop flavors, and backed by a firm bitterness that leads to a dry finish. Well brewed and enjoyable!

Aug 4, 2009 Draft at stewarts.. Poured into a pilsner glass, Not much head. Light yellow color, almost clear. Not much aroma, but light malts. Taste is a clean light refreshing pilsner, true to the style but overall kind of a boring beer... Nice summer beer but far from mind blowing

Sep 26, 2005 Draft at Stewart’s. This one poured golden with a minimal head. Aromas of pale malt, grassy hops, floral hints, and slight citrus were present. The palate was crisp and watery, with a pale malt front palate backed up by some hops and citrus.

Aug 15, 2005 On tap at Stewarts Brew Pub. Poured a light to medium and hazy golden color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas and tastes of light grass, light flowers and citrus lemons. Lighlty honey sweet with a light tart lemon finish. Thinner body.
