Aroma of lemongrass, light toast, and citrus fruits in the background. Taste of a really nice toasted doughiness, sweet graininess, and solid hops in the finish. | 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 1, 2006 An average pilsner obtained at a Blue Rock’s game, this was light golden yellow in color with a minimal head and basic lacing. Crisp flavor and a good malty (some mild grass) and hoppy balance. Pretty simple and fairly fresh "lighter" style beer for the hotter weather. One of the better beers available at the games. | 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Dec 23, 2008 On tap at brewpub. Pours a clear, deep gold body with a frothy white head. The nose is clean with some mild malt and a whiff of floral hops. The body is medium and crisp with a medium carbonation. The flavor is just as the nose indicates. It is clean, with a good balance of grainy malt and spice and floral hop flavors, and backed by a firm bitterness that leads to a dry finish. Well brewed and enjoyable!

Light yellow color, almost clear. Not much aroma, but light malts. Taste is a clean light refreshing pilsner, true to the style but overall kind of a boring beer... Nice summer beer but far from mind blowing DocLock (4648), Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA
