Appears a cloudy haze of brown with a small white head and scattered lace.
Smell is of bubblegum, wheat, caramel notes, with some chocolate undertones, and clove.
Taste is of the same great aromas only toned down a notch.
Mouthfeel is slightly thin and acidic but the full flavors comes through to make it a solid beer. GMCC2181 (882), Bear/Elkton, Delaware, USA

On the nose a small hint of banana. Taste is wheat, sweet bread, yeasty and banana. Rich in texture, sugary sweet. Overall a beer that I enjoyed. egajdzis (3638), Spring Mount, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jan 26, 2006 Poured a hazy brown color with a small, off white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of banana, clove, bubblegum, and caramel malt. Taste of more bananas, and caramel malt, tart wheaty citrus, and a funky, dry yeasty finish. whaleman (2171), North Wales, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jan 26, 2006 Eric’s growler. Cloudy chestnut body with a fading off-white head. Big banana esters plus cloves, chestnuts, and sour plums in the aroma. Flavor reminds me of sautéed bananas plus dark fruit and nuts. Balancing sweet malt and medium tartness. A solid dunkelweizen with good depth. Hazmatt (363), Virginia, USA

Flavor similar with wheat, some bubblegum, some matallic tastes a touch tart. Not enough depth to taste. Palate was medium. Decent. TomDecapolis (3213), Skippack, Pennsylvania, USA

Pours a hazy brown orange with an average off white lightly lacing head. Aroma of banana, wheat, clove and lemon. Flavors of the same with some roasted malts in there. hopdog (5617), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jan 26, 2006 Sampled from growler courtesy of egajdzis. Poured a daker and cloudy brown color with a very small sized white head. Aromas of bananas, bubblegum, and some citrus. Tastes of wheat, lighter bananas, cloves, and citrus. I found the tastes to be on the weaker side, especially compared to the aromas. eaglefan538 (2403), Wilmington, Delaware, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jan 7, 2009 Poured from a fresh growler into my weizen glass, courstesy goodgrief/doulos31. Aroma was roasty caramel, firm bananas, sweet bready yeasty elements. The flavor followed, a tad on the sticky side, some hoppy elements in the beginning (floral works) that faded as it warmed. Chocolate works its way into the profile with roasty elements supporting it all. A fairly boring take on the style, but decent. Mouthfeel was a little undercarbonated, slightly sticky, kept honest only by the roastiness when all was said and done.
