Jun 15, 2008 Dark with big white head. Rich aroma that was equally tasty. A really nice stout. Well balanced and smooth, no roasty bitterness. Left nice lacing. Would love to try this again. A favorite at the brew fest. Sampled at Stoudts 17th Annual Microfest: June 2008

Jan 31, 2008 On tap, poured a nice black color, with a nice cream color head. Smelled like coffee and malts. Tasted like it smelled. Overall a good stout

Dec 1, 2007 Draft sampled at brewpub. Pours black with a small tan head. Aroma of coffee and roasted malts. Smooth and creamy flavor of roasted malts, coffee, chocolate and has a nice bitter finish. A decent stout.

rich roasted flavor, lots of dark chocolate, touch of coffee character, mostly dry with only a touch of sweetness for balance to the roasted, light bitter clean finish,
