Commercial Description: Honey Cream Ale - This second beer in the "George Hummel Challenge Series," will apparently be brewed from pilsner, carapils and flaked maize, Glacier hops and clover honey. This warm-weather beer weighs in at 5.6% ABV.
Draft at stewarts. Light yellow color, no head. Aroma was a faint smell of honey Served a little to cold, a nice little touch of honey, which gave it a sweetness. Malt flavor a a good amount of carbonation. Light in texture. Not a bad summer time brew.
