Commercial Description:
Our IPA utilizes a high hopping rate to produce a floral aroma and high bitterness. This pale colored ale is malty yet crisp, due to the high mineral content of the water used. This beer is served unfiltered, which leaves the flavor intact.

Pours a hazy copper color with a small head and lots of lace. Aroma is grassy and woody hops but alltogether it’s pretty faint. The flavor is earthy hops with a good bright malt character.

On tap at the brewpub (05/26/09). Orange in color with a small white head. Aroma is of malt and caramel with light hops and grass. Taste is medium hop bitterness with some caramel and light citrus.

Location: On tap at the Brew Pub, 8/12/09

Aroma: Light fruit, pine hops, floral, mild caramel
Appearance: Cloudy golden-orange, some lacing on glass
Flavor: Similar to the nose but better, nice hop profile, light malt backing, tasty
Palate: Medium body and a nice mouthfeel
Overall Impression: I found this to be a really nice IPA. Well-made, enjoyable, nice hop profile, and a solid example of the style for sure.

on tap-pours a white head that laces and gold color. Aroma is medium malt-caramel, citrus. Taste is medium malt-caramel, secondary earthy hops. Nice English IPA.

On cask at the brewpub. Pours a honey golden orange with a medium off white head. Aroma of grapefruit and buttery hops. Taste of light grapefruit, buttery hops and grass.

On tap at brewpub. Poured a light orange color with a big head. Aroma of citrus and pine with a light sweet undertone. A nice IPA with pine and citrus hops balanced by sweet malts and a hint of fruit. Medium body with good carbonation.

Tap. Poured hazy golden with nice head. Floral aroma along with citrus. Taste was a little but sweet along with citrus flavor. A ver smooth drinkable IPA.

Draft at Stewarts. Why such a low stlye rating??? Anyway....Color was golden, good two finger sized head and nice lacing. Aroma of flowers and pine. Taste is slightly bitter. Smooth and well balanced. Average texture and medium carbonation. Overall a not bad or good brew, just kind of boring
