| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Oct 13, 2005 Diminishing off-white head crowns over the cloudy amber-orange body. Peach and pineapple juice flavoured earthy hops is not very menacing up the nostrils, but well rounded by a fair dose of toasty, cerealic and bready pale malts. Light-medium bodied, mineral, big bubbled heavy carbonation. Maybe a bit too effervescent and oriented toward dullish orangey hops, but it’s conveniently dry, bitter and straightforward. | 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 15, 2005 The Lure: Faded oranges traded for honey malt sweetness. Unassuming overall, with earthy hop coveralls.
The Festivities: Sweet orangey fruitiness transformed into chalky, potent bitterness. Energetic carbonation works well with the flavors, but nothing melds in the end.
Transcendence: An assembly line component. Cletus (5058), Connecticut, USA
