Commercial Description: Brewed in the micro brewery of the brewing museum in Salzburg
Unser Mai-Bier ist ein Weizenbier, das mit einem Auszug aus roten und anderen Früchten wie Hibiscus, Hagebutte, Orangen und Äpfeln eingebraut wurde. Deshalb verführt es auch mit einer ganzen Reihe von komplexen Fruchtaromen und schmeckt überaus erfrischend. Mit 12,2° Stammwürze und einem Alkoholgehalt von 5,1 Vol.-% schmeckt es richtig vollmundig und spritzig.
Draught in Ambulanz, Vienna Fine creamy, huge head. Sourly, fruity aroma. Caramel color, quite dusty. Flavor of herbs , apricot and sour cherries. Quite undefinable spicy. Light to medium bodied. Finish full of cherry pit flavor.
