Light amber appearance with a small head that disappears quickly. Quite hoppy with biscuity and citrus flavour. Bitter finish. A good pilsener. brentfeesh (1041), Gadsden, Alabama, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 19, 2007 Enjoyed during the 3rd annual St. Pat’s day celebration. Very pale yellow with a light white head. Very clear and clean looking. Negligible light grain aroma but nothing was “off”. Grain is the predominate flavor with noble hops riding right on top. Spicy hops for the most part…Not usually my favorite hops but they work well here. Light dry body. A fair brew. nick76 (2695), Tampa, Florida, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Mar 15, 2007 This is the definitive Pilsener. The aroma is malty and grassy. The appearance is pale gold with a two finger head. The flavor is bitter up front with a malty finish. The palate is refreshingly thin and the aftertaste is bitter. This beer is true to the style but not up my alley. doubelknv3 (568), Illinois, USA

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jan 17, 2007 Bottle from BevMo. Pours a light yellow color. Slightly tart grainy aroma, almost an apple juice smell to it. Flavors are grainy with a little bit of a metallic malty taste. Drinkable. Nightfall (647), Athens, Greece

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Dec 3, 2006 Sampled on tap. This was my first true beer with a distinctive taste. A sweet "wheaty" taste that I couldn’t even begin to try to determine what it was. I would describe this as a dessert beer or something I would sip slowly. Surprisingly that wheaty taste goes away as quickly as it started. One of my personal favourites.
