Fresh hop nose is spicy and grassy in character with underlying grainy pils malt aroma. Clear golden body is topped by a decent white head that recedes to a lasting cover with some lacing. Fairly spicy hops over grainy malts with fair bitterness in a pretty straight-forward, simple but pleasant flavour. Light body with crisp carbonation. Lager glass. Fridge temperature. Bottle (State Line Liquors, MD, Oct-05).

Bottled at Heuttenbar. Drank during last Sunday’s Bears debacle. Pours golden with a good head. Small hop notes. Middle of the road beer.

Yellow. Big, bubbly, rocky white head. Aromatic hops, malt, and corn/grain in the aroma. Decent malt backbone with better than expected hop character, the grainy corn is still hanging around, though. Light bodied, easy drinking, lively carbonation. Refreshing.

When I poured this beer in my Andechs glass, the head climbed a full 2 inches out of the glass without spilling. Perhaps the finest looking berr I have poured. Slight earthy aroma. Very malty beer. Excellent. I can’t believe these low ratings.

Pours the color of straw, thin white head. Body is crystal clear. Smell is grassy with just a faint hint of hops. Taste is also grassy. Not much malt profile and just a little hoppy bite an the end. the mouth is crisp but just too fizzy, way to much carbonation. Nothing worth revisiting.

.5L bottle poured into a boot. Very light yellow body with ample carbonation fueling a tall white head. Sweet white bread aroma with a dry yeast finish. No hop aromatics. Iffy hop-bitter start to the flavor followed by a strong vegetal flavor. Low-power pale malt throughout. Dry finish.

Pours a hazy golden-straw color with a good creamy white head that doesn’t last very long with some lacing, grainy and flowery aromas. Bready, cracker flavors with a mild sweetness that turns hoppy and bitter with some dryness in the finish. Light bodied with a crisp but kind of thin mouthfeel, a decent pils.

A a light golden appearance with a thick rich long lasting head. A malty aroma with a hint of hops. Nice hopped flavor and a sweet malty finish.
