| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Jun 7, 2009 Bright gold with a tiny white chunky head that died too quickly, zero lacing, barely a ring left over. Tiny spotty lacing that showed up half way through review. Aroma was dry with sweet malts - lots of malts, light hops. If this doesn’t taste like a beer from India - dry, kinda sour, yucky yeasty, metallic...ugh. Mouthfeel is dry with some terrible tasting weak bitterness. Crap beer. bookman10 (92), Osseo, Minnesota, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 25, 2009 Sure, this may not be the most complex beer ever created, but it’s one of my favorites. Goes great with German food. Pours a nice light yellow, with thin head. Has a grainy, wheaty, straw taste to it that isn’t unpleasant. I’ve had worse. thejon375 (392), Tampa, Florida, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 17, 2009 Bottle at WOB. Pours a light yellow with little to no head. Aromas of dirty feet with similar flavor. Austria’s Bud basically. Maddog (252), Kettering, Ohio, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | May 12, 2009 I want to like pilseners, I really do. They have the potential to be clean, crisp even finishing with a fair amount of hops. If you get them fresh, which is difficult coming across the pond, they can be quite refreshing and tasty. I’ve even on rare occasions had decent pilseners from American micro-breweries. This beer when poured into my favorite .5 L glass looks Budweiser yellow with almost no aroma at all. The flavor is rather bland with a faint trace of that classic German Pils flavor that I love, but there just isn’t enough of it. A rather unremarkable beer, that I can cross off my list of "try it once" beers. johndoughty (2170), cheslyn hay, West Midlands, England

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Mar 3, 2009 17 oz bottle. Pours a shallow gold with a small white head. Smelled of grains and straw. Tasted like hay, grainy and a little corn. Some hops in the finish. Not bad. Adenila (958), Denmark

Sweet malty aroma with a good amount of grassy hops and some lemon. Sweet malty flavor with notes of grass and straw. hellbilly (1566), scottsdale über alles, Arizona, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Feb 17, 2009 as yellow a pour as i have ever seen dispenses from the tap at papago with a soapy white head.
the aroma is extremely floral and inviting... pils malt, grass, lemon, honey and earth make their way into my sniffer.
the palate is terribly dry which is a plus on my list... it tastes of earth, mildly bittered pale malt, floral and grassy hops and cooked lemon with a straw flavored dry slightly bitter finish which lingers. it’s very crisp with an incredibly satisfying feel ... i guess i’m a saaz whore... since i had three. 7/3/7/3/14/3.4
