Jun 7, 2008 500ml bottle. pours clear straw color with white head. aroma is grassy and a bit skunky, grainy. flavors of some sourish grain, grassy hop bitterness, and a bit adjuncty finish. refreshing on a hot day but not really a good pils.

Jun 7, 2008 Pale yellow, thick white head. Smell is grassy with just a faint hint of hops. Flavor is light and unpleasant malty and hoppy. Watery finish.

I tried this beer on May 6, 2008 at Smokeless Joe’s in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer pours a translucent golden colour into the glass with a thin, creamy white head. There is a great deal of effervescence. The aroma is grainy malt with hints of apple. The mouthfeel is medium bodied, and highly carbonated. The flavour is primarily grainy malt with a little hoppy bitterness.

Apr 18, 2008 A good quality beer from Austia. Travels well and is as good here as I recall wile in Europe. Not quite the bite at the end other Pils from the area have.

Apr 12, 2008 A pale looking golden color that pours a thickish head that evaporates to a thin film quickly. A little bit of lacing that is more spotty than anything else. Aroma is quite grassy or haylike with a maltiness to it. It’s not at all subtle but I can’t really say I liked it either. There is somewhat of a sharp malt flavor, grassy notes with a touch of spicy hops which is nice. Finishes crisp with a fuller mouthfeel than expected. Anytime I see the words "malt liquor" on a bottle I get flashbacks but overall this beer is decent albeit a bit middle of the road. I probably won’t get it again as I can think of three Pilseners I’ve had in the past month that are far superior (North Coast Scrimshaw, Stoudts and Lagunitas).

Apr 6, 2008 Beautiful golden color, with a long-lasting white foamy head. Nice aroma and a nice light malt flavor. Not a great beer but drinkable.
