There was a fair amount of an off-white head on it, but it died down rather quickly. Interesting aroma. Some banana, breadiness, malt, yeast and definitely some spicy hop aroma (what else would you expect from Stone?). An interesting somewhat sweet taste. Hints of wheat and lemon also. Finishes with some dryness and tartness. MullMan (1086), Bloomfield, New Jersey, USA

Aromas and tastes of spices and fruits (bananas). Some yeast as well. Additional notes from re-tasting done on 6/31. Poured clear and see through. Definitely picked up the lime aroma this time around. Scored the same. MadMan (497), Tempe, Arizona, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Jan 8, 2005 Pours with little head and a clear golden body. Aroma is banana and yeast. Initial sweetness in the flavor with some coriander and clove coming in the middle. Finish is alcohol, light fruit, and dry and hoppy. Leaves my mouth feeling salty. I like it. The date of this brew is of significance to me personally therefore I have several more bottles to enjoy in the years to come and as I do I will update this rating. qdog (201), Cleveland, Mississippi, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jan 5, 2005 Paid $6.22 for a 22-ozer. Light golden with a large head. Bubblegummy aroma... smells a bit oversweet. Flavor is a lot less sweet than the aroma, and is very pleasant. Flavors include apricot, cinnamon, banana, lime, pine, and other inserted spices. Very nice flavor!
