Bottle. Copper colored, small white head, and some floaties. Aroma is fruity, with raisin, peach, plum, citrus, yeast, and a bit of alcohol. Flavor is sweet, yeasty, with a spicy, dry finish. Also tastes like it has some candi sugar. Very smooth. Excellent beer. FROTHINGSLOSH (2006), GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA

The aroma was sweetish and tangy with lemon and yeasty elements. The flavor was sweet and very yeasty and bready with a light lemon-lime undertone and a dry must middle and a long bready finish. Thick and chewy. Surprisingly subtle for Stone. Very nice. Naven (873), Poway, California, USA
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Nov 20, 2008 Bomber, which I drank on Election night. After opening an infected Flat Earth beer earlier, I needed something fairly special for such a monumental night. After all, it was the fall of the evil empire, which in itself is cause for celebration. I was highly impressed by this one. Super nice, light, full bodied ale. I got just a hint of the Kaffir Lime, which was surprisingly tasty. If you were to mix a triple, a Hefeweizen and a Saison, it would probably taste something like this. Good Job indeed. bsierra (213), Vista, California, USA

Pours with a big creamy white head, moderate lacing. Aroma still has a banana/yeasty/lime leaf aroma, its taste is more subtle. Flavor is creamy malts, smooth almost undetectable hops, a nice kick of beligan yeast, and a banana/lime leaf undertones that come out in the aftertaste. Light and crisp overall, definately worth of the word epic. Very refresing, and a rare treat I enjoyed very much. Nicely brewed Mr. L. Chase~

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Sep 17, 2008 Cracked this one on 09.13.2008. Murky orange/yellow with a viscous eggshell head. Nice aroma is dusty pale malts with yeasty banana and sweet citrus/spices. medium body with mild carbonation. Decent flavor is bready malt with some wheat malt tartness. Has a drying citrus spicy alcohol twang to finish. No real oxidation in taste or aroma. Some beers age well, some don’t; this didn’t. Cletus (5055), Connecticut, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 14, 2008 Pours amber with a white head. Smells of yeast, lots of spice, some earthy hints. Tastes of wildflowers, some residual sugar, some hints of oxidation, but not as prevalent as in the 050505. Palate is thick with a nice bite on the finish. How: Sample from a bottle at Dark-Lord-Day 2008. Unknown generous soul.
The look: Cloudy yellow body with a medium white head
In long: Aroma of an old banana cake. Body falling apart, super soft carbonation. Tired yeasty fruity esters. Some orange and bananas in honey. No oxidation or bad aging problems other than everything felt old and tired. I could feel that this was once a good beer but it is now more tired than a Wal-Mart greeter at the end of a 50% off everything day. sunevdj (1772), Copenhagen OE, Denmark
