It comes at you smooth, almost like a cider, then finished with a kiss of red wine, drops sliding down your throat. A must-try. slowrunner77 (58), reno, USA

One of the most delicious and complex beers I’ve ever had. Great mix of oak, sweet, yeast, and hops in the nose and flavor. Perfect body, and a lingering finish...and it ran out fast!"

Sweet aroma of orange and lime with a slight spice. Taste begins sweet and citrusy but quickly the alcohol, complexity and spicy notes come in. Super smooth on the palate, goes down nicely. Very complex, but very good. JorisPPattyn (5171), Antwerpen, Belgium

Red fruit, red wine, berries and fruitjuices, super beer, complexely layered as an onion. Tart taste, fruit with oranges, strawberries, light-red eating grapes, cranberries, and very discreet hops and vanilla. Light to medium bodied (!) impression, acidburn. This is absolutely stunning - wow! - especially the nose. ajm (926), Los Angeles, California, USA

Already a wine-y brew, the red wine aromasd and textures from the barrel only enhance. Would very much like to have again. daknole (2940), Plantation, Florida, USA

Red wine notes, caramel, spices, yeast, and woody notes. Flavor is WAY better than the regular 07VE. Red wine tartness, dry yestiness, caramel, oak, and a beautiful fruitness. Nice!! Head was small and off white, light lacing. Aromas of red vino, vinegar, and still a little yeasty. Very wine like on the flavor, the finish brought it all home for me. Acidic and bold, just how I like my wine.
