Sweet on the lips and tongue, with lots of citrus, grapefruit and apricots. The flavor is nicely unbalanced, with the hops and the malts taking turns with the flavor dominance. A very good combination of Arrogant and Ruination. DarkElf (2681), La Jolla, California, USA

The sroma is a hops and some malt. The flavor is sweet, and the sweetness is nicely balanced by the hops. erway (1002), Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jan 13, 2004 Pours a nice syrupy gold with a big creamy head. So much ripe fruitiness in the nose; grapefruit, tangerines, figs and much more. A hugely complex beer with a equally complex hop profile. Very enjoyable and surprisingly well-balanced. I put one down and will save it for a couple years. DrBeer (777), Danderyd Stockholm, Sweden

Flowery aroma with tones of soil and citrus hops.
Spicy flavor with tones of merengue, flowers, and hops.
Killing bitter finish.
