Nice hoppy aroma with a bit of iced tea in there. Little bit of sweetness. Color is a medium golden orange. Little sweet and very hoppy as is the norm for many stone brews. Little bit of sopme strange vegetable in there also. Slick oily finish with a big helping of hops and a lingering bitterness. Only slightly dry. Decent and not overly sweet or unsettling. Very big spicy nose that reminds me of musk and sticky PNW hops. Great nose. Taste-salty, lots of medium to high bitterness, piney citric hops, black pepper, and lots of spice. Looks like an American Wheat, smells like an IIPA, tastes like a mild American Strong Ale. Overall, this is excellent. I am surprised that this isn’t rated much higher. oldrtybastrd (1801), Morlautern, Germany/Great Falls, Montana, USA

Flavor of citrus, pine, and a nice bittersweetness on the finish. Thanks to dhrjericho for this one. YourDarkLord (1800), Urbana, Illinois, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Sep 22, 2005 Golden orange body under a frothy off-white head. Nice lacing as it goes down and dancing bubbles in the body. Aroma is hoppy/citrus, spices, pine, floral notes. Nice, robust feel in the mouth with gentle carbonation. The flavor was a refreshing hoppy/malt mix, some alcohol hints. A good beer but not among Stone’s best. illinismitty (1799), Nashville, Tennessee, USA

Pours a hazy golden orange with a white head. Yeasty aroma of dough, grapefruit, pear, spice. As it warms, more alcohol comes out in the nose. Nice mouthfeel and bold malty backbone. Flavor of wheat malt, belgian yeast, citrus, spice. Semi- dry and bitter herbal finish with some chalkiness that diminishes as it warms. The alcohol is detectable, but blends in to compliment the beer. Some warming on the windpipe. Not too bad. Wife liked it better than the 10th. JCB (1785), Durham, North Carolina, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 6, 2006 Pretty interesting effort to soup up the wheat with a strong hop infusion, a touch of ruination as it were. Nice look and aroma, very quaffable. Fine and mellow but not too memorable by Stone’s standards. rudolf (1782), Buffalo, New York, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Oct 11, 2005 Lemon, resiny hops, wheat, fruits - strawberry & more. A bit of alcohol and spice too. Slightly cloudy gold with a craggy head. Resiny hops with odd corriander spicing. Medium/light toasted malt. Slightly astringent wheaty belgian w. American hop finish. Great heavy mouthfeel - not over carbonated. Interesting but I won’t get it again. ryan (1781), Beltsville, Maryland, USA
