Full of brandy and raisin in the aroma, which carry into the flavor along with notes of smoke, vanilla, and white grapes. Quality. ajm (947), Los Angeles, California, USA

It deepens the dark red fruitiness and highlights it by unifying it with whatever alcohol is left in this versie. The finish is extended out the door and down the street. Wood, vanilla, fruit, hops and sophisticated alcohol make appearances. Gullible people could be made to believe that regular DB is brewed with Brandy because of how well this version works. Nice looking amber color, lots of boozy delicious Brandy on the nose, but a smooth, gentle Brandy flavor mixed with all that is great about DB. JohnC (2285), Mission Viejo, California, USA
