Pours a clear golden colour with a small white head. Semi sweet malted taste with a pleasent touch of fruit, bread and grass. Aroma is of soft hops and spice.

On tap at the brewpub on 6/24/07: Transparent bright golden color has a clingy airy white head with wispy lacing. Aroma of faint pale malt and noble hops, but subdued. Body has some biting carbonation and mild doughy malty sweetness with more earthy bittering hops toward a dry, bittersweet finish.

On tap at the Stone Cellar Brewpub. Poured a medium and clear yellow color with a small sized white head. Spicey aroma with a grassiness. Tastes of the same with some sweetness. I probably would have guessed this was a pilsner.
