On tap at the Wisconsin Micro-Brewer’s Beer Fest. Poured muddy medium brown with a looser cap of beige head. The aroma picked up kind of soft metallic sourness over brown sugar and toffee support.. dark fruits emerged on the back.. intriguing. The flavor found brown sugar and caramel at the core with fruity and metallic sourness surrounding.. sourness was mild overall.. decent balance. Medium-bodied and dry on the palate with fine spiciness on the back.. I would’ve liked more sourness, but was definitely an easy drinker.
