IlanMan (816), Appleton, Wisconsin, USA Sep 8, 2008 On tap at Stone Cellar Brewpub: Pour is golden with a light amber hugh. Aroma is very sweet blueberry, sweet malt, and wheat. This brew tastes just like a blueberry pie. I literally tasted canned blueberry pie filling which I am not complaining about. Sweet for a wheat but again smooth and floral. Not a bad brew at all. Didn’t have much of a dry finish for a wheat beer, however it is always a pleasure to try the new stone cellar brews. Skyview (4007), Papoose Jct., Minnesota, USA Aug 24, 2008 On draught at the Stone Cellar brewpub in Appleton, Wisconsin. Pours a semi-clear golden amber brew with a fizzy off-white head that quickly dissipates to a fine ring. Aroma of a good balance of golden grain and blueberries with a touch of citrus. Taste is light bodied, some extra carbonation with flavors of mostly blueberries on top of golden grain malt and flowery hops. Finish is crisp with a nice balance of blueberries and golden grain malt.
