Skyview (4007), Papoose Jct., Minnesota, USA Apr 28, 2009 On draught at the Stone Cellar brewpub in Appleton, Wisconsin. Pours a clear amber colored brew with a thin creamy white head that quickly dissolves to a white ring and spotty lacing. Aroma of Munich and light caramel malt, some citrusy hops with scent of tea leaves. Taste is medium bodied, some carbonation with flavors of caramel malt, a touch of citrus zest and tea leaves. Finish is slightly dry with a mild bitterness that lingers after the finish. IlanMan (816), Appleton, Wisconsin, USA May 16, 2008 Pour was medium to dark golden with a thick white head. Aroma was of floral and hops. Flavor was dominant with floral and hops as well with slight tones of malt and grass. Good brew but nothing too special. Probably would not buy again. heemer77 (4294), Savannah, Missouri, USA May 5, 2008 On tap at the brewpub. The body is light copper. The aroma is iced tea with some caramel. There is also a little bit of tobacco. The body had very little carbonation, but maybe that was on purpose. The taste was iced tea with some some toffee. A fairly dry brew, this had an unpleasant grassy finish.
