Commercial Description:
An American style wheat beer made with pure Wisconsin honey. Served hefe style (unfiltered) which means it will appear cloudy. A yeasty tone layered with a honey sweetness makes this a refreshingly light brew. 1.046 OG, 11.6 IBUs.

I love wheat beers so this one was right up my alley. Nice cloudy appearance with no head. FInish was nice and clean.

On tap at the brewpub. The body is cloudy gold. The aroma is light banana and clove. There is a little bit of light banna with hints of clove in the flavor. A nice finish with some bread crust. Smooth.

Hazy gold color with a thin and bubbly head. Dry honey, apple, and wheat aroma. Almost bone dry taste. Flavor is pretty spot on with something like 9-grain wheat bread. First sip made me recoil, but upon further review, it’s actually tasty enough.

On tap at the Brewpub. Poured a hazy medium golden with a light white head. Aroma was of wheat and bananas, with hints of orange and honey. Flavor was much like the aroma, but a little stronger... enjoyed the honey toward the backend. Decent mouthfeel.. a little grainy.. nothing special or memorable. Decent brew.

Smelled like banana bread. Golden yellow and transparent. Light wheaty flavor that immediately fades away completely dry. Very thin without an aftertaste. Pretty solid for a wheat beer.

On tap at the sone Cellar Brewpub. Poured a light to medium and cloudy yellow color with an averaged sized white head. Aromas of wheat, citrus, bananas, and honey (all on the softer side). Tastes follow with the wheat coming through a little more in the tastes.

Hazy, medium yellow pour with a fainy, fruity nose, a bit sweeter and a bit more wheaty than the alder Brau, lemongrass, with a soft finish. Pretty weak example of a wheat ale.

Picked up single 12-oz bottle from brewpub. Pours a clear golden caramel brew with a thick off-white head that dissolves to a fine film and white ring. Aroma of tropical fruit, wheat, banana esters, and a touch of honey. Taste is smooth, medium body with a touch of apple and honey flavors. Finish is dry and leaving a slight honey aftertaste.
