22oz bottle shared courtesy of Josh. Bottle lists this as a 8.5bbl batch, so I’m glad I got to try this one! Poured a medium to deeper amber color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of fruits, dark fruity, toffee, caramel, and light citurs. Tastes of caramel, dark fruity, citrus, and lightly earthy. More sweeter than bitter and reminded me more of a barley wine vs. IIPA. Alcohol content well hidden.

Poured a hazy red amber color with a medium sized, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of pine, citrus fruits, caramel malts, light floral hops, but mostly dominating resiny pine and caramel. Taste of caramel up front, with some citrus fruits, more resiny pine, some paper, and a bitter grapefruit finish, with a bit of drying alcohol.

Thanks to MrBendo for sharing the bomber at dmacs UFC-100 gathering. Pours a deep amber with a nice fluffy head. Aroma is toasty nutty malts, hints of roast but medium to dulling on the citrus, getting a bit cheesy in the hops, grass, and orange zest- light minty pine as well. Flavor is piney citrus, but dulled out- turing stal eand cheesy, bigger crystal malts come through tooo much- getting a bit muddle,d more pine sap , toffee, molasses sweetness and a tacky bitter finish. Not bad, but not great either.

stowehop does it again!! Amber pour. Big mostly white head. Citrus hops and caramel malt galore. Alcohol is a bit too notiiceable but the overall flavor is nice. Lots of citrus, sticky malts and good floral hops give this one a nice interesting flavor.
