Poured very cloudy orange. Smell of hop and vegatables. Nice drinkable IPA. Taste is dry, with a woodsy aftertaste.

Bottle. Cloudy amber to light orange. Quickly diminishing head but leaving some bands of lacing. Aroma of piney hops and a little fresh dirt or sod (not meant in a bad way). Basic IPA hop versus malt character, with a bit of vegemite on the finish (old yeast strain?). A little too watery. Sure to be exquisite on tap after a day of skiing at Sunday River, but I’m not too impressed at the moment.

Suprising winner. On dry side, interesting flavors like sweet grapefruit. Mild carbonation, minimal head but medium body, dark amber color. Solid IPA with thurough palate.

12oz. bottle. Orange amber with a small white head. Mild, slight spicy and floral hop aromatics over a butterscotch and caramel malt underpinning. Minerally hop bitterness up front, starts to cover a large diacetyl component but eventually lets it through. Oatmeal cookie doughiness extends into the finish with a caramelized sugar character an residual spicy hoppiness. Mouthfeel is medium, somewhat dry.

Beer of the month club beer. 12oz bottle. Pours a murky light orange. Light head and thin lacing. Resiny grapefruit pine nose with fruit and malt. Nice bitterness. Not my favorite but one I’d like to try again.

Cloudy orange, no head. Surprisingly sweet, malty aroma. Big, filling caramel flavors dominate, with a crisp, peppery hop bite at the end.

This IPA pours an orange gold color from a 12oz bottle. Medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is minimal, some hops and wood, touch of fruitiness. A medium bodied IPA. Malts are caramel, fruity and sweet. Hops are piney and floral. Sort of a west coast IPA in its intensity, but not quite. A medium bitter IPA. Carbonation is perhaps a little flat. Nice balance. There is a small touch of wood at the finish. A very drinkable IPA, would possibly work as a session beer. . Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
