First taste was bitter and somewhat chemical. Mellowed out afterwards. Hoppy, lightly fruity, and herbal taste. Not a great IPA but it’ll fix a hop craving. Slight metallic finish. pivo (2537), Germany

Citrus malt balanced with a little sugary sweetness. Dull broad hop bitter. Light, thin and direct. The hop goodness is nice and probably the highlight of this brew. | 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 20, 2004 One of the better Northeastern IPAs. I found the aroma very pleasant and floral from the bottle, in fact I was a little let down after the pour as the aroma faded fast and the flavor not as complex as I would like.
