Commercial Description:
Brewed after Stone Coast's flagship 420 IPA, 840oz (that's 52.5 lbs) of hops were used. Dry-hopped with Liberty, Mt. Hood, and Tettnang whole hops during 5 weeks of conditioning. In addition whole Chinook hops were added after filtration. Surprisingly well-balanced, and gets better with every sip.

Thanks to hopdog for sharing. Pours a mostly translucent orange amber with a smaller bubbly/creamy off white head that left some lacing. Aroma of tropical fruits, caramel malts, some citrus notes, kind of malty sweet. Flavors of pine, grapefruit, some toasted malts, caramel, kind of dry with hints of vanilla.

Bomber. Poured medium-dark reddish-orange with a creamy, well-retained cap of tan head. The aroma smelled a bit like grain alcohol spiced up with pine and floral resins.. thankfully some time to breathe brought our far more redeeming qualities such as mangos, cookie and caramel maltage, and a bit of citrus. The flavor had sweet caramel, toffee, and cookie notes at the core, but there was an odd, dark twist to the sweetness.. toasted rye-like grains on the middle and back, with waves of smooth, yet highly bitter pine, pear, and floral bitterness.. the bitterness peaks along with a flourish of alcohol-fueled candied toffee and citrus meat at the swallow, with bitterness slowly fading off over the finish. Medium-plus carbonation and body, very sweet, and very bitter on the palate, but surprisingly well-balanced, drinkable, and interesting. I had my reservations at first, but this turned out to be a fun one.

22oz. bomber. Pours a cloudy, dark copper with a light white head that diminishes rather quickly. Heavy aromas of cherries, pears and oranges with a hint of hops. Flavor is of various sweet fruits and hops with a slight, but noticable sweet finish. Mouthfeel is smooth and velvety. Very drinkable IIPA.

Pours a hazy, very dark amber with a tiny off-white head. Slow diminishment is never complete, this has a good liveliness about it. The aroma is stacked with cannabis scents, lots of fruit, really highly acidic notes. A yogurt culture lacto note permeates the air. Light tartness gives way to very fresh malt and hops. A light combination of Spring mist and must lurk in the backdrop. Mango and peach, lesser pineapple make up the fruity hop array. This aroma is just about as fresh as can be, it’s just lovely. Complexity is there, and while this is nothing groundbreaking it seems extremely well done. The flavor is a forward grassy and herbal assault at first, with a touch more marijuana. Bitterness is medium and soothing, sweetness is low-medium to medium, acidity is mild, astringency mild. Good balance, malt just barely keeping up. Toast is strewn about like it was added at bottling, how interesting. The finish is very smooth, fleeting, leaving a lightly earthy, grassy funk. It seems like all of the good kinds of earthiness and acidity from different types of fruits and vegetables wrapped up into a compact offering that lingers for a long while, softly laid out across the palate. Mineralic tendencies linger even further. The mouthfeel is medium bodied, low-medium carbonation. This is a very fun beer, and it’s plainly obvious that the brewer has fun making this. A beer that would pair wonderfully with a very wide variety of dishes.
