Commercial Description:
Evocative of the beautiful colors of a New England autumn, say World Series season, this beer is deep amber in color. It is lightly hopped and extremely enjoyable as a lingering roasted character finishes this medium-bodied lager. Raise a glass to America’s favorite past-time and New England’s favorite pitcher.

A bit disappointing. Good solid malt flavor but the mouthfeel is a bit thin for a bock. Not much aroma to speak of and not terribly good.

Bottle. Orange-yellow, nice white head, clear. Clean malty aroma. Even smooth carbonation. Malty but a bit dry. Very light and crisp. Not a bock, but a decent light lager.

(Draught) Sampled at the Great Lost Bear in Portland, ME. Headless with a copper body. Hops and fruity nose. Flavour is mildly skunked and eggy!

Pours a clear copper color with a large head that dissipated quickly leaving a bubbly lacing. Subtle sweet malted aroma. Fairly light tasting for Bock, decent mouthfeel, bready malt flavor and finishes with a minor hop hit.

This was a rather thin beer, especially for a bock, but it was nice and easy drinking, have to admit. Not too dissapointing, given some of the reviews here. Nice malty beer.

Deep golden in color with a small white head. Aroma of bready malt. Flavor is assertively bitter, hoppy yet a a nice malt balance with a malty/bready dry finish.

Pours a two-fingered light tan head that fades slowly leaving a little lace. Clear copper amber color. Sweet malty nose. Medium carbonation and medium bodied. Starts sweet, faint hops in the background, finish is smooth, all too easy to drink on a muggy day. $1.45 for a 12oz bottle from Tully’s Beer & Wine Wells, Me.
