Draft from Sunday River poured light yellow with a thin head that faded fast. Tasted similar to the many american mass produced beers.

2005 bottle. Light copper-gold, tending towards yellow, clear. Large white head recedes to cover. Aroma of muted pale malt, light vanilla and honey. No corn notes noted, no yeast presence. Flavor has a touch of caramel malt which adds a bit of an interesting twist. Mostly dry in flavor. Fluffy, medium-light body. Tastes like light thabouli (sp?), oily consistency on the finish, some olive oil notes, getting slightly sticky as it warms. Very odd, all told, methinks, but I didn’t mind it.

Bottle: pours light yellow with a small head even after an aggressive pour. Light fruit aroma like grape/apple. Somewhat metallic flavor. Dry, bitter, pepper finish. Decent.

Tastes like soap. Smells nice. Almost tastes as if it’s gone bad, kind of a stale taste to it. I probabally won’t drink this one again.

Bottle, from Julio’s. Good nose, lemon/lime, pepper, toffee, sourdough. Pale clean golden yellow color. Good head that faded quickly. I did pour it quickly to get it that way. Bitter sweet flavors. Lemon, sourdough, little tin, Medium body, lite creamy mouthfeel, Crisp bitter finish. Very drinkable.

Slightly soapy aroma, but smells clean and kind of hoppy. Very light appearance with hardly any head at all. Typical of budweiser or similar. Nice flavor though with hops present, but all and all pretty simple. Feels very refreshing though on this hot day that I’m enjoying it. I cant believe I’m only the 2nd person to review this beer. More people should try this!

Pale yellow color with a medium thick head. Slightly sweet malty flavor. Well balanced flavor leaning slightly toward hoppy with a hoppy finish. Medium bodied and dry.
