12oz bottle. Poured a medium and hazy amber color with a small sized head. Aromas of toasted malts, grains, honey comb, and lightly bready. Tastes of toasted grains, bready, and had a grassy finish. Not bad for a pale lager.

Bottle... Cloudy golden lager with a small, creamy, white head. Decent retention. The aroma is a refreshing, down-home blend of cookie, biscuit, pale grain and warm mash notes. Medium-bodied with lively carbonation. Nice, toasty, biscuity flavor. A touch sweet, but refreshing nonetheless. Coarse, snappy, dry finish. I’m not much of a lager guy, but I’m diggin’ this one. Bottle courtesy of beer bill!

Pours straw/gold with a thin fizzy white head. Smells grassy and sweet with some perfumy hints. Tastes sweet and skunky with some earthiness on the finish.

12 oz bottle. Thick fluffy head tops the pale gold very clear body, producing a fair bit of lacing as it slowly recedes...light malt and honey, touch of herbal/grassy character in the nose....dry, fairly standard-issue body with some odd medicinal and metallic notes, seemingly more alcoholic and peppery than it obviously could be...finish rather thin, slightly bitter and grassy. Kinda interesting.

2005 bottle. Light copper-gold, tending towards yellow, clear. Large white head recedes to cover. Aroma of muted pale malt, light vanilla and honey. No corn notes noted, no yeast presence. Flavor has a touch of caramel malt which adds a bit of an interesting twist. Mostly dry in flavor. Fluffy, medium-light body. Tastes like light thabouli (sp?), oily consistency on the finish, some olive oil notes, getting slightly sticky as it warms. Very odd, all told, methinks, but I didn’t mind it.

(bottle - 12 oz) Straw gold in color with a fizzy white head. Aroma is a light and balanced mixture of sweet malts, dry grass, hops, and honey. Flavor has a strong hop presence that gives way to a smooth and malty middle and a crisp and slightly hoppy, bitter finish. Thin-bodied.
