Good in the bottle. Better on tap at the brewery. Tastes of grapefruit and hops. Head with plenty of white foam. Orange color.

Appearance: Orange with a small white head. Aroma: Hops, hops and more hops. Flavour: Amazing, hops, grapefruit juice, hops again, floral. Just wonderful. I wish I could have it more often.

8.99 for a six pack at Total Wine. Its been a long time coming to Florida.. Golden amber pour with a medium white head. Strong aroma of sweet juicy hops. Flavor is pretty much what you expect from a west coast hop bomb IPA. Sweet pale malt on the front and then a huge hop blast and firm bitter end and aftertaste. Lots of pine and grapefruit. I let my wife taste it and she just got a pained expression on her face and handed it back to me. A little too hoppy for her. Extremely well done.

Amber pour with a thick and foamy head. Oddly sweet scent. Very distinct and unique taste. A mike of corn like sweetness and bitter hops. Tates unbalanced to me. Interesting but I’m not a fan.

Orange pour with small frothy head. Lots of lacing. Citrus and pine aroma. Flavor is same but lingering bitterness. Mouthfeel is ok. Prefer Ruination (I realize that’s a DIPA).

Bottle from College Liquors in Grand Junction, CO. Pours a clear golden color with a medium white head. The aroma is awesome; loads of sweet hops, juicy and ripe. The taste is just insanely quaffable; sweet grapefruit hops, some light bitterness in the finish, very clean and super easygoing. One of the best IPAs.

Very clear golden color with a nice white head. Smell is of spicy hops with a hint o citrus. The taste is very crisp and hoppy. The herbal, piny hops it first with the fruity hops adding immediately after. A nice malt presence envelops and cleanses the pallet to lead to a nice, smooth finish. The drinkability of this brew is astounding. Quite possibly one of the smoothest IPAs I’ve ever had. Another top notch brew from stone. Reviewed on: 08-17-2007
