Ungstrup (11151), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 15, 2005 [At Stockholm Beer Festival 2005] A hazy orange beer with an off-white lasting head. The aroma is rather hoppy, combined with notes of caramel - and I also pick up a slight coffee note. The flavor is sweet hoppy with powerful notes of caramel, and lesser notes of yeast. A good IPA. omhper (10456), Stockholm, Sweden Jan 3, 2002 Orange colored. Sweet & malty. Huge flowery cascade aroma. A relatively well balanced hop monster.
Papsoe (9999), Frederiksberg, Denmark Apr 3, 2007 (On tap) Slightly hazy pale amber with an off-white head, leaving laces. Fresh, citrusy aroma hops. Medium body, lightly sweet caramel malt and a somewhat astringent grapefruitish bitterness. The finish is dry. 230307 Oakes (6853), Miami Beach, Florida, USA Aug 17, 2003 Updated: Jul 23, 2006Orangey-gold colour. Rich woody nose with orange, toast, peach, kumquat. Long hoppy palate, some biscuity pale malts. Standard issue stuff, moderate bitterness and a bit fruitier and more approachable than most examples. yespr (6400), Copenhagen O, Denmark Aug 7, 2008 From tap. Pours clear and golden orange with a lacing white head. Crisp peach and grapefruity hops aroma. Flavour is dense grapefruit and pine wood hoppy flavour. Mild sweet and fruity. Goes into a nice mellow and fruity hops finish yet with a solid bitterness.
