The flavor of this beer changes like the colors on a mood ring. What the hell is in this? Smells of pine. Tastes of clover and grease. Curiousity overshadows this beer’s shortcomings. Almost tastes like tea too. More caraway, herbs, mint. A bit medicine-like. Interesting and unique. jake65 (1725), Williston, North Dakota, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Feb 1, 2009 Updated: Feb 2, 2009I don’t get this beer. It’s overly sweet, but has this stale rum butter flavor that makes it interesting at first, but cloyingly sweet after. Tastes more like a marinade than a beer. Ever hear the expression ’too many cooks?’ Oh I see what they’re going after - Gin and Juice. Overly sweet and way to heavy. It may be that I just wasn’t in the mood for a sugarbomb right now. I will re-rate it when I might be more into it. BEER WARMS: OMG, totally different beer. Flavor of oak, raisin and fig. The woody and leafy notes really come out in this. Note to all: DO NOT SERVE AT FRIDGE TEMP! kiefdog (1624), Tampa, Florida, USA
