Jan 8, 2008 On tap at Stonefly. Poured clear bright golden with creamy lacing and lots of rising carbonation. The aroma was very pleasant, with soft bready notes, lemon zest, and lightly-toasted grains. The flavor had a sweet bready core with prickly herbal bitterness and lemon zest surrounding.. the grainy, dry finish was refreshing. Light-bodied with a decent flow to it.. just a tad too grainy right at the end.. still a tasty, drinkable brew.
