Moderately sweet malty and berry-fruity aroma with light toasty notes and a touch of cloves and nutmeg. Light-bitter and sourish flavour, medium to light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Minimal toasty malty taste with light fruity notes and phenolic spices; almost refreshing bitter and slightly fruity finish with a good balance. Nice Dunkelweizen (17.II.09). joss (3685), Garching b. Medium sized little bit tan coloured head. Banana and salty liquorice in nose. Medium bodied palate with lot of carbonation. Banana, salty liquorice, fruitiness, sweetness, candy sugar and light bitterness in taste. Sweet and lightly bitter aftertaste.
