Nov 18, 2007 Bottle. 12 fl. oz. A clear, light copper color with off white head. Strong aroma of caramel with some light hops. Thin, but soft mouthfeel. Flavor is tart and bitter, yet clean. Decent for the style.

Nov 12, 2007 12 oz. bottle. Pours a crystal clear amber color with a small white head. The nose is citrus and floral hops with a little bit of earthiness thrown in. The flavor is light sweet caramel malts with a good helping of citrus and floral hops. A touch on the thin side. Light bodied, dry bitter finish. Very drinkable.

Nov 10, 2007 12 oz. bottle. Pours a clear gold with a moderate white head that lasted until about mid-glass. Pleasant aroma of malt and floral hops. The flavor was nicely balanced between the malt and the hops. The initial flavor was caramel malt, which was followed with a nice, crisp hops bite that was not overdone. A solid American Pale that is very good for the style.

Nov 6, 2007 Thin offwhite head. Yellow body. Sweetish straw and malt aroma with rubbery notes. Dry resiny chalky taste with honeyish notes. Dry aftertaste, kind of empty, with resiny mealy notes. Decent, but boring. (0.355l bottle at RBNAG’07. May want to rerate.)

Oct 26, 2007 Very light copper with a thin, short-lived head. Mild grassy hop aroma with some light biscuity malt behind. Taste lacks in the hops a bit, with the character that is there not really having as much zip as Cascades should have. Still, the finish is somewhat bitter and dry. I did expect a more pronounced hop character from a Stoudts Pale, though.
