| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Nov 10, 2007 12 oz. bottle. Pours a clear gold with a moderate white head that lasted until about mid-glass. Pleasant aroma of malt and floral hops. The flavor was nicely balanced between the malt and the hops. The initial flavor was caramel malt, which was followed with a nice, crisp hops bite that was not overdone. A solid American Pale that is very good for the style. larsga (2969), Oslo, Norway

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Oct 26, 2007 Very light copper with a thin, short-lived head. Mild grassy hop aroma with some light biscuity malt behind. Taste lacks in the hops a bit, with the character that is there not really having as much zip as Cascades should have. Still, the finish is somewhat bitter and dry. I did expect a more pronounced hop character from a Stoudts Pale, though.
