Commercial Description:
This uniquely American beer offers a crisp, medium-body with a light amber color. It is assertively hopped with Pacific Northwest Cascades for a firm bitterness and delightfully floral aroma.

An almost orange pour with an off white head. Aroma of hops. A bit of fruitiness in the flavor reminds me some of apples. Decent carbonation and mouthfeel. Pretty good overall for the style. A little more hops than I expected.

Bottle. This isn’t a bad pale ale. I’m not sure why it’s so hard to make a really good pale ale, but even brewers who make a nice IPA struggle to make a nice pale ale. This one’s decent though. A couple of notches below Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, which I’d consider the bellwether.

A transparent clear ale. Misleading in color. Looks pretty good, but not as good as some great American Pale Ales. A lovely aroma of fruit and hops. I can smell the awesome malty and hop aroma. I can taste the crystal malts as if I am eating the grains. The beer taste very raw, if that makes sense. The flavor hop is not noticeable, but the bittering hops are. You can taste the hops, but the taste does not sit in your mouth. The beer is decent but the flavor of the malt is a little over powering. Decent brew, somewhat thick.

Nothing to brag about here. A hop dominant flavor backed with a little sweetness of crystal malt. cascades are nice but this is out of balance.

Mild aroma of earthy and spicy hops. Pours a clear amber with a thin white cap. Nice crisp bitter flavor, with hints of citrus and spice supported by a caramel malt flavor. Nice long finish, nicely balanced. A great session beer.

draft. Spicy citrus hops on the nose. Pours pale/amber with a white head. Citrus hops, earthy, with some sweet crystal malt, floral with a dry finish. not bad.
