| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jul 24, 2006 Pours a deep brown with a small offwhite head. Leaves good lacing. Smells citrusy. Has a smooth taste that finishes with a good bite from the hops. Good bitter brew, enjoyed with a good greasy burger. Worth checking out again jhliesen (406), West Melbourne, Florida, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 23, 2006 Bottle-Poured with a smallish head and amber color with large carbonated bubbles. The aroma contained citrus and a bit of pine. The taste contain solid hops, but not too much along with a good base of malts. A decent amount of bitterness makes this a fine brew. bubbleflubber (903), Collinsville, Virginia, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 11, 2006 Fresh from the brewer, this pours amber into the glass, with a sour nose of silage, grass and hay... very earthen. The malts and hops are well-integrated, but the Cascades, usually very notable, are especially underdone in the flavor and finish. Carbonation tends to take over the flavor aspect, which brings down the brew. The finish is crisp, but a bit watery, to be honest. Overall, the brew is balanced, but nothing overtly stands out. cazort (421), Newark, Delaware, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jul 5, 2006 This beer is balanced, the malt is decent, there is just the right amount of hops. The hops are less bitter and more aromatic; they have a very planty quality to them. Something about the hops tastes like they are not the highest quality hops, especially when I compare to really great APA’s like Great Lakes Burning River. Besides that though, this is a pretty good brew. It’s well-balanced and perfectly enjoyable. kimcgolf (835), Dacula, Georgia, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Jul 3, 2006 This very hoppy, All-American beer poured light amber in color with a one-finger whtie head that dissipated fairly quickly and had average lacing. Aroma was hops and hint of citrus, mopstly grapefruit. Citrus was again evident in the taste, although the flavor was mostly dominated by the hops. Finsih bvecame slightly bitter, but was smooth, and long. A perfect beer for a hot FOURTH, and I plan to have more tomorrow. crizay (1050), Brook Park (was Tampa,FL), Ohio, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 24, 2006 Pours a clear golden, thin head. Good standard APA nice floral hops mostly followed by slight grapefruit, but smooth, not too bitter, very drinkable, good pale ale. Ty5592 (1015), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 23, 2006 Clear copper color. Good head with lacing. Flavor is hoppy with nice spice undertones. Floral aroma gives way to clean hop finish.
